But I want to draw your attention to what happened in, uh, in Kenya.

They also brought in the Islam element, and they felt that, uh, the other side, Raila's group, was supported by Muslims, having had Muslim leaders also in top echelon of the, of the, of their party, people like Joho and Nassir and others.

All this made them look at the world in that binary way.

Either it's God or Satan, darkness or light, going to heaven or going to hell.

But once with that brush, many then were looking for someone to deliver them.

The second point was to paint the situation as pathetic as possible.

You remember Uhuru, who supported Raila, who said that was a drunkard, and, uh, Ruto posed himself as a teetotaler and a drinker of, uh, only water, making him adhere to certain Chri- Christian principles.

The s- so with that, people felt that they were speaking the same language, and Uhuru always follow that word «Bwana asifiwe.

This comes as Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has stated that political leaders are ready to unite and challenge the current government.

Meanwhile, President William Ruto has shared details of his final interactions with former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

In agricultural news, the government has significantly reduced the price of subsidized fertilizer to two thousand shillings and introduced a maize seed subsidy for farmers.

The National Biosafety Authority is also working to expedite the approval of genetically modified organisms to boost food security.

How could it be that the most corrupt politician in Kenya, we were told, was Ruto? I would imagine that you Kenyans would hate Ruto.

Raila was perhaps the most honest of Kenyan politicians.

I never heard a lot of corruption cases against him.
