Okay, if I may, let's start right there with a big question, Rahim.

8 MINS LATER

I hope, and I know that this is where I've, I've got feedback already, is that there is this realization, um, or that readers are having that we are in this world that is slowly being passed over to machines, and we have the agency to take that back, and part of that solution are these seven skills, my seven super skills which I've spent years with organizations researching, and, um, the framework is being applied today.

So I think what people will do is they'll pick up the book, they'll, they'll feel, "Oh, I know this already," and it gives a name to what's happening, and they'll say, "Okay, this is what I need to do, both as an individual as well as a leader of an organization." Um, and I think that's quite powerful in this day and age where everyone is scaremongering about AI.

Well, thank you so much there to Rahim Hirji, author of Super Skills: The 7 Human Skills for the Age of AI, an intriguing and wide-ranging look at our own skillsets.

The book is full of experience-based examples and thought-provoking systems and strategies and, as Rahim mentioned, frameworks and reframing.
