So the Carlisle tools, the Napa tools, he's done Ron Capp's drag race car for the longest time.

If you look at many of the Indy cars that are out there, I think Graham Rahal, the Rahal Letterman team, he designs those.

The Honda Racing rig that's out there, someone on the racing team will go, Dave, we know you're busy.

We hire these designers or we outsource or whatever, and here's what they came up with.

Obviously, this team's great history with Bobby.

They just can't seem to dig themselves out of the hole for some reason.

Yeah, and, you know, he spent last year with Rahal Letterman.

It was finally announced that he's moving to Meyers Schenck, the team that won the Indy 500 this year.

You had people saving on fuel and then you had.

what you would call your more traditional like, you know, back markers, right? Like Graham Rahal was really struggling in his RLL.

Like you could tell that he just didn't want to be there.

He was like major miles per hours off the pace.

But then you had Louis Foster and Mick fucking Schumacher, like actually doing really well in that machinery in an RLL.

You had Christian Rasmussen have a really great rebound after having a season that truly is nothing to write home about.

And then you really have kind of those question marks, right? Like the MSR cars, both of them, Felix and Marcus, they were nowhere to be found.

Its affiliate, Meyer Shank Racing, two cars.

Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, which is going down to two, so that's two there.

And Dale Coyne Racing.

That's not a ton of cars, y'all.

Get them involved, have them testing coming into 2028, so you might be a rookie in 2027, but you're gonna be part of this new car development for us from the outset, so you are truly ahead of the curve there." We're gonna make this full complete youth movement in 2027 with all that in mind, or do you hold on to a veteran, have their help in the development of that car in 2027, maybe hold on to him again in 2028? I don't know.

Or do you just make that shift right now? These are the things for the team to think about and try and work through.

So I think between AJ Foyt Racing, Arrow McLaren, Andretti Global, Chip Ganassi Racing, Dale Coyne Racing, Dragon-Ryan Racing, Ed Carpenter Racing, Meyer Shank Racing, Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, and Team Penske, I think we just covered off everything.

And if I've forgotten a team, please murder me in the comments, because you should.

He's 24th, but he's 10 back.

So Rahal Letterman-Lanigan would earn the money, and that could go to Dreyer and Reinbold with that sale.

And my best guesstimate on this is, because this is not finalized, cannot be finalized, has to be approved by the series and the other team owners after this season is over, I would guess... that that final purchase price number will be somewhat based on whether it includes the leader's circle or not.

So to that point, some would say, what does Rahal care? Because they're selling it.

Louis Foster was on the pole, the rookie.

He may not be a rookie, but a second-year driver, with a surprise pole for Rahal Letterman-Lanigan Racing.

But he crashed out unexpectedly.

He just actually looked like to me, I think he got in the dirty part of the track, the marbles, and he just drove straight into a tire barrier while leading the race from the pole.
