They paralyzed him in the shooting, put a gun on him.

He got sentenced to 23 years in prison, and he had to s- he was serving, uh, he was third, three years into his sentence when the corruption got exposed that that gun was planted on him.

Unfortunately, the judge, the jury, and everybody believed Nino Durden and, uh, Rafael Perez because he was a 18th Street gang member, right? Of course, the 18th Street gang member had the gun.

Of course, he pulled out and, and, and, and tried to shoot you two guys.

That's what I feel, yeah.

I think Rafael Perez shot Tupac, and I think David Mack killed Biggie.

I think the police killed both of them.
