So was it obvious what to pivot to? Or were you considering some different options?
10:25
Oh, no, it wasn't obvious at all.
10:27
Those were three grueling months of not knowing what to do or you still have some money from investors.
10:34
We asked the investors if they want the money back.
10:37
It was obvious for us.
10:39
We want to keep the same founding team.
10:41
And if we close the company, we're going to start a new one.

So from approaches, whether it's the regulators in the EU or what's happening in the States here in the US, you know i i i see some language on your site that you know talks about providing transparency and things like that so you know what is it you are able to do you know where where where do you allow the agents to kind of you know take advantage of their probabilistic nature but then have the deterministic pieces where you need to and then what level of transparency you know are you finding you need to provide both on the client side but then also looking ahead to where the regulators are going or already are today

15:21
And then we can kind of move through that story.
15:24
Sure.
15:24
So essentially, we built an insurance product.
15:28
We started selling it in the US, launched in 47 states in the admitted market.
15:34
The insurance market has two separate markets.
15:36
The admitted is the, I'd say, more regulated one.
15:39
We had to be backed by a real insurance carrier.

How do you get the right people in the room to begin with?
13:38
So how is the reception from the from the carrier world?
13:45
I'll say it's pretty good.
13:48
What's the pretty good insight is that we're already live in very, very large cases with some top carriers.
13:59
We're now in a PSU with one of the top 10 carriers.
14:02
Hopefully, we can announce it pretty soon in the PNC space.
14:07
And I'll say that what we're seeing, the interesting thing is that We always get in either through the CX part of things.
14:15
That means that we'll deploy an FNOL intake bot, whether it's a voice bot or not.

What is coming down the development pipeline for the rest of the year that you're excited about? I
19:59
What are the benefits of that type of approach?
20:02
Well, the benefits I think are twofold.
20:05
First, and the first derivative of using AI agents is efficiency across the organization.
20:11
So at the end of the day, as an enterprise, you want most of your employees in the organization to do high value work.
20:20
And with today's technology, you can take the lower tier of the work and essentially take those people doing that manual labor.
20:28
It doesn't necessarily directly help your top line growth.
20:32
and move them into other places of the organization.
23:26
So as you mentioned, you know, AI agents can handle some of these complex end-to-end workflows, but how do you see the role of human operators kind of evolving along with this?
19:59
What are the benefits of that type of approach?
