Radio North Sea International

Welcome back to part two of the show.

Well, those of you who will remember Radio North Sea will certainly remember this song from the Ides of March, its vehicle.

1970 I'm a friend of a stranger in the black sedan I want you to hop inside my car I got pictures, got candy, I'm a lovable man And I can take you to the nearest star I'm your vehicle, baby I'll take you anywhere you want to go I'm your vehicle, woman By now I'm sure you know That I love you, I need you I want you, got to have you, child Great God in heaven, you know I love You only know I think you really should.

I'm your vehicle, baby.

Thank goodness it's fun with me.

And this one goes back to 1970, when it all began with Radio North Sea International.

I can remember hearing this record played many, many times on medium wave.

And, of course, the sound quality wasn't that good.

You probably needed earmuffs, but such wonderful music from Deep Purple there.

That was a fabulous hit they had way back in 1970.

All the members of Radio North Sea International, of course.

Absolutely wonderful.
