Hello.
Charlie SuangkaHOST
1:00
We're going to talk about some pro installs, the tuning lessons that we learned, and talk a little bit about the profiles that are out there, as well as a little update on the 128 scale racing world, because we got to see some of that, and it was, we'll
Matthew GonzalesHOST
1:12
say, interesting.
Charlie SuangkaHOST
1:14
That and along with our winner, which is the real reason that people tune in to RC Stuff powered by Hobwing.
Charlie SuangkaHOST
1:20
So in case they don't want to value themselves with all the cool stuff we're about to tell them, and they just came here to find out how to enter to win.
Paul LambertHOST
6:25
They use Slinky Dog a lot, like in the first one when they throw him out to get them when they're on the air.
Paul LambertHOST
6:30
I think RC Car is the weakest link.
Paul LambertHOST
6:33
I was
Cory CoveHOST
6:33
just making a joke about strength.
Shalancia DanielGUEST
4:51
We've been doing a lot of STEAM programs, drone flying.
Shalancia DanielGUEST
4:55
We built an RC drift track called Midnight Drift, which teaches them how to create RC cars and learning the fine motor skills of how to race them and eventually how to do other elements of like 3D printing their own cars soldering cameras into it that's the future that's where those skills can teach our children how to do things like produce microchips and some of these fine elements that are needed for electronics we always talk about bringing manufacturing back to the us but we will not be able to do it if our children Don't start with the basics of even learning how to use a pair of scissors.
Shalancia DanielGUEST
5:27
But just imagine when they're able to do things like 3D print and fly drones and they have the dexterity, the coping mechanism, the fundamental skills and all of it to go with it.
Shalancia DanielGUEST
5:37
They'll be absolutely amazing.
Connor McNallyHOST
73:26
They are quick machines.
Connor McNallyHOST
73:30
What got you into RC racing?
Jackson MacDonaldGUEST
73:32

Connor McNallyHOST
73:35

Jackson MacDonaldGUEST
73:36
Yeah.
Jackson MacDonaldGUEST

Jackson MacDonaldGUEST

Joe Zerr Jr.HOST
11:19
So since the last time we were on, Volker left Mugen like a day, like a couple hours after we ended our last episode.
Joe Zerr Jr.HOST
11:31
and he went to RC Maker, which, honestly, that is a phenomenal move for both parties in part.
Joe Zerr Jr.HOST
11:42
I think so.
Joe Zerr Jr.HOST
11:43
I think Volker will really help him develop the car that little bit more.
Zach DonathanHOST
13:09
It's really hard to also go, you know, so you got to design the parts and then you got to go test the parts.
Zach DonathanHOST
13:14
That's a lot, a lot of time.
Zach DonathanHOST
13:18
On top of running RC Maker and Innovate and whatever else he's doing.
Zach DonathanHOST
13:25
Sure.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:03
Uh, hopefully you can hear me wherever you are, uh, whether you're live with us here in Jakarta, uh, or in Australia, New Zealand, all around the world.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:10
Welcome to Action RC, the podcast.
Scott GuyattHOST

Down under to the Worlds, except that I'm not down under.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:16
Um, was scheduled to fly back from Jakarta last night and be back in Australia today after the fourth round of the Asian Buggy Championship Series.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:25
Fabulous four days of racing and, of course, we were all due to fly out last night or this morning, except a little volcano called Krakatau decided to blow its top over the weekend.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:34
So a bunch of us are still here, including me.
Scott GuyattHOST
3:36
I'm here with my roomie, Matt Seccold, from RC Race Media.
Scott GuyattHOST

BrianHOST
10:43
You know what I mean? Including sweat.
BrianHOST
10:45
Well, I
ValHOST
10:46
heard the last podcast, and to say you are super excited about... your RC car stuff again.
BrianHOST
10:55
We are having fun doing, doing the family thing.
CraigHOST
0:32
It was really, really hot the last couple of months.
CraigHOST
0:34
So it's more, you can get outside and run an RC car now without sweating too much.
CraigHOST
0:42
Although good weather for ducks, right, Mark? It's been the last couple of days.
MarkHOST
0:46
Well, we've had a few thunderstorms, haven't we? But it's been really nice the last couple of days.
PhilHOST
1:25
It has to happen.
PhilHOST
1:26
It has to happen like right away.
PhilHOST
1:28
And I think, I think the Tamiya RC gods have spoken with the Vancouver Island weather gods because the spot where I filmed my sand videos, we had a king tide come in a couple of years ago and it brought in all this lumber.
PhilHOST
1:41
Like we have, um, logging's a big industry out here in BC.
BrianHOST
3:25
All right, all right, all right.
BrianHOST
3:29
Y'all are wondering why the hell we're talking about RC cars.
JimmyHOST
3:31
There you
BrianHOST
3:31
go.
BrianHOST
3:32
It's because I've decided that I want to be Brian again.
JimmyHOST
3:36
Yeah.
BrianHOST
3:37
