What was it like to be on the ground in Yemen at that time?

Yeah.

As you know, the war in Yemen has many layers, local, regional and international.

And all parties to the conflict have committed horrible violations.

But when the airstrikes by the Saudi Emirati coalition had started in 2015, it was a very different experience.

We didn't know what's happening.

We just heard the explosion and then we knew everything.

So what does this achieve? What, at the end of the day, does this contribute to Yemen's society? Are we getting fewer terrorists? Are things getting any better?
