storm as well but i decided to settle on ice man just because he was one of my favorite growing up and i think it's omega level he is gets pretty cool and then my fifth one is actually rachel summers i did think about cable as well so that was funny that you chose him but i decided to go with rachel um i don't know how familiar you are with her if not at all but she has a really cool story uh for me that chris claremont does and the the run that he he is and i'm really excited to hopefully get there and get the knowledge of her out there, because she hasn't really been done in X-Men 97, X-Men the Animated Series, or X-Men Season 2 right now.

They did the Mother of Skani, which is kind of her, but we haven't really seen Rachel herself.

So she hasn't really been portrayed anywhere.

So, like, Cable is Scott and a clone of Jean Grey's kid.

Rachel Summers is Scott and Jean's kid from, like, an alternate timeline.

And then X-Man is, like, their kid from another different timeline, but also in the future and, like, a time traveler of a different timeline.

To, like...

And unfortunately they're going to, one of their main uses is gone now.

So Rachel Summers, very, very good on the Immortal X-Men.

Azazo goes onto the Accursed team for Cosmic Crucible.

And this team is still very, very strong on war defense, but not going to be used in the raids anymore.

And a bunch of us are saying, oh, dear God, are we going to have to take notes?

of that i loved i love seeing mother askani um i cannot remember i all i know is that every time something showed up that i recognized from either a 90s storyline or an 80s storyline i'm yelling it out and then proceeding to be like colton okay here's what happened uh here's here's who mother askani really is okay um so i

he only came in legitimately.

Yeah.

outside Storm approaches Mother Ascani about the power she plans to summon Ascani reveals that the power comes from Storm who she says will conjure a solar storm to power their engines something Storm has never done before but Ascani tells her that she has seen her yield that much power in her timeline Askani reveals herself to be from a much worse timeline, but one where no matter how dark things were, Storm never relented.

Askani then reveals that she was the one who brought the X-Men through time.

Seeing through time is one of her gifts, and she used her time abilities to save the X-Men from certain death, as well as using them to destroy Apocalypse once and for all.

I do love time travel stories with all their flaws, and I'm enjoying this one.

Any idea what timeline Mother Askani is from?

Is she from the Age of Apocalypse timeline?

Forge finds Wolverine, Storm, Morph, Cyclops, and Jean Grey.

The last two decide to stay in the future with their son, Nathan, but they are captured by Apocalypse's followers who wish to use Nathan as a new vessel for Apocalypse's consciousness.

Mother Askani, who told Nathan he is destined to kill Apocalypse, reveals to the other X-Men that she transported them through time, one group to train Nathan in the future, and another to try to prevent the mutant En Sabah Nur from becoming Apocalypse in the first place.

They rescue Cyclops, Jean, and Nathan before attacking Apocalypse's base and freeing his captives.

Sean, help me out with this one, too.

Because what is it where Rachel Summers can, like, hold an object and then see, like, the past from this object? Like...

But it reminds me of that.

Like, when Rachel can do that.
