So without giving too much away, what are some of the characteristics or behaviours you're seeing in EAs who are becoming increasingly more influential? And I think this goes with like even what you're seeing in the EA Academy, your training, everything.

Really bold and brave people and people who are happy not to be perfect.

To be really honest, there's a lot of perfectionism and people pleasing in the EA profession.

It's people who are happy to look at the way things have always been done.

a process, something that's got a lot of different fingerprints all over it, for example, and say, I know this has always worked and someone worked really hard to get this process into place.

But how about if we try a different way now and be met with resistance and be able to share a business case or tell a story about why we should at least trial something new.

It's those people who don't give up when they meet brick walls or they meet people who, you know, resist.
