The reason why I am even bringing up bullying is to let you guys know that we need to speak up against it.

The way that I spoke up against it is by founding a nonprofit anti-bullying organization called Race to Speak Up.

Race to Speak Up is where I speak to students, parents, teachers, you name it.

I've probably spoken to them.

about bullying prevention, about mental health, about supporting each other through each other's differences, and about being upstanders, someone who supports the target of bullying.

I started mainly at schools, but I also spoke at churches about what bullying is, what it felt like for me, and the fact that if you don't speak up, it will unfortunately continue to happen, or most likely continue to happen.

And I think that both of those philosophies collapse into interracial conflict and division the moment they do become mainstream.

But before I run the interview, I want to read the section on race realism from my book, The End of Race Politics: Arguments for a Colorblind America.

I'm reading this because I organize my thoughts pretty well there, and I want listeners to understand exactly where I stand.
