So basically we have all of this data that you're talking about। How it works is that we collect reviews। We have around 300 reviews on our app now for all the different chargers, right? उसके अलावा जो status reports की मैं आपसे बात कर रहा था we know exactly where people are going, right? उसके अलावा हमारे engagement features हैं you know like how on Facebook you can check in at a place। So हमारी app के ऊपर you like people can go to a charging station they can check in। उनको बड़ा cute सा you know polaroid मिल जाता है कि you know I'm a part of the EV community in Pakistan इस तरह करके। So I wanted to you know I wanted to make it fun। You know मैं नहीं चाहता कि boring हो you know already। थोड़ा fun हो community के अंदर भी वो post आता है उसको Instagram पे share करो all of these things। Then हमारा rewards program it's called Voltas। So होता ये है if you sign up and you check in आप reviews देते हो you keep getting points right on the app। So आगे जाके मेरा ये plan है and also we have partnered with Payfast as well for an in-app wallet। तो eventually my plan is कि हम जो Pakistan में भी issue आता है you know कि आप charging station जाते हो आपको attendant का पहले आप इंतजार करो। वो आएगा gun लगाएगा फिर start होगी charging। फिर जब charging रुकेगी आप manually वो calculate करेगा you know कितने पैसे बने। फिर वो card machine लाएगा, right? So we have built all of that into the app, right? We have a Payfast wallet। आप उसको bank account से credit debit card Raast के through आप अपना wallet को top up कीजिएगा। आप charging station पे जाएं gun लगाएं app के through charging start करें। You know charging आप करें you stop the charging जो भी amount है आपके wallet से deduct हो जाएगी, right? And you will earn points for whatever you know amount you have charged and then you know you can redeem it for a coffee or something like that। But again the biggest setback that we receive is that again वही वाली चीज जो charging station owners हैं ना वो बहुत घबराते हैं Pakistan में। Obviously it's new tech, right? तो I think hopefully with with the passage of time they will you know come on board with this as well। But we have the technology ready। Um you know we're just waiting for you know charging stations to come on board। This hopefully this uh partner that I'm talking about they have around almost 10 stations right now जिनके साथ we are planning to pilot this as well। So all of those their stations they will be connected to our app live availability के साथ people will be able to use our app to go there you know do this you know uh pay and stop charging app के through। No attendance needed no worries you know। आराम से आप जाओ सुबह शाम जो भी हो जाके आराम से आप करो। Everything is you know very um Transparent with the app and everything.
