The R cycle is a framework that I developed to help those, uh, who I work with kind of figure out where they are when they're in their leadership renewal and, and wellness journey.

and not performing anything for anyone so there are some frameworks that i've developed black women's liberatory leadership praxis as a model a framework that i take people through the well work i call it the r cycle so i'll be teaching a little bit of those things and making them available for folks to have them as tools for themselves ways to figure out where they are in process and navigate that and then finally we do retreats we do i call them retreats and briefs because folks sometimes don't or can't feel don't feel like they can take the full couple of days and so we'll just take an afternoon good three to four hours and reset a little bit so we've done that in a few locations throughout the country and i continue to do that as well

right now doctors are finding many patients coming in with an autonomic nervous system that is so dysregulated and cannot get regulated so that folks are having a hard time because of the ways that they're working and especially given the political climate and the news cycles and all the rest they are not getting the typical usual restorative cycle of rest in the evening they cannot shut it down right that is incredibly dangerous.
W

To not reset is deeply dangerous.
