Like, teams will panic and, and get off of something that could improve, but the league's just different now in terms of the timetables and, like, how much, how much time they're gonna have and how much, um, runway they're gonna have to figure this out.

What do you think about the way that the, that Brian Wright, that RC Buford, that, that, that Mitch Johnson, the whole Spurs bank- brain trust has built what they've built around Victor Wembanyama, and, and how do you see the state of this basketball program coming off their return t- to the NBA finals?

Well, I think that the brass, whether that be Brian Wright, Mitch, you know, all those guys, I think they have been very careful in how they built this team.

Like, I don't think they've deviated from what they said back when they first drafted Victor.

Nor should he have

... that's like RC Buford saying, "I saw Victor play at 16, and so I made sure we would get the number one overall pick when he was..." Like, well, you did everything you could.
