Quince

You're going to get some nice orange blossom and honey pear undertones and it almost tastes like you're biting into a freshly plucked pear right off the vine.

And then our quince, which people are usually like, what is quince? I've never heard of quince.

Quince is like if pear and apple had a baby.

That's what quince is.

It's a very, very dry fruit.

So make your bramble.

Quince is a beautiful fruit to make into jam.

Quince is lovely as well.

But yeah, make your own jam.

Or you make your own applesauce because then throughout the year you can use it in all of your sweet treats.

Gourds and Quinces.

Makes about eleven glasses, six fluid ounces each.

Quince jelly.

Four and one half cups, two and one quarter pounds juice, seven and one half cups, three and one quarter pounds sugar, one half bottle Certo.

To prepare juice, remove blossom and stem ends from about three pounds fully ripe quinces.

Paraffin at once.

Makes eleven glasses, six fluid ounces each.

Quince and cranberry jelly.

Four and one half cups, two and one quarter pounds juice, seven cups, three pounds sugar, one half bottle Certo.

So if there's something specialty that you want to track down, we can definitely get that.
