Quick Reference Handbook

The aircraft that I fly, 737, we have very few memory actions.

And pretty much everything else is either a quick reference checklist or we go into the QRH quick reference handbook.

But it's like I have never been one.

to be a memory guy.

And to the point where we don't have to react as fast as we used to.

So if we don't have to, then don't.

And this is why I love this philosophy of very few, if any, memory actions, a QRH, or sorry, a QRC for things that have to be actioned quickly, but not immediately.

And then the QRH for everything after that.

some form of CRM understanding, right? And you know how to do that.

You know how to use a QRH, I'm sorry.

Oh, absolutely.

And if it's handed to you-

You know what would've told them to do that?

The QRH.
