You're just not going to have that visibility and almost like a bit of an on-ramp to further leadership opportunities, which is really great.

And then at Queenwood, I think the uniqueness was probably the size again, like it was on the smaller side.

So it wasn't what I would consider a small school, but within that was a lot of flexibility to get things done.

So we were a really good implementation environment for pretty much anything a researcher wanted to do.

And we worked on Smart Study for two years with UNSW.

And they were two opportunities that I did not expect to be engaging with so heavily when I started there, but they both presented themselves at the same time.

So Aero I brought with me from Northam to Queenwood because A, Northam was a bit too small to run a study.

The cohorts are a bit small to make it viable.
