mainly the joins in the corners of the house you can see there's little cracks which indicates movement check out your flooring as well particularly if it's a queenslander or something with wooden floors check that there's no sort of movement or give on those floorings you don't want anything to have a bit of bounce back or flex that's very concerning some people take marbles to see Yeah, I'll just leave that.

Queenslanders are beautiful but there are a lot of a lot of maintenance when you walk in the property try to yeah test things as much as possible doors and windows uh taps you can turn taps on to see how quickly it takes to get the hot water running through um and then quickly go outside and check the condition of that hot water system yeah um you can sort of see if they're on their last last legs if they're really rusty or you can even ask the agent to tell you when they last replace that yeah um definitely walk in and yeah see if there's any smells if you don't have a sensitive um sense of smell bring someone along who does my partner he's really sensitive with smell so he's really good to take along um yeah I always here for

And I believe God's heart for his children is that we will know his life and his hope and his love and not confusion and disillusionment.

I remember when I was young and we lived on a Queenslander, I think it was a church manse, and I don't know if many kids did this, but you try to get as high as you can and leap off and see if you could fly.

But I think also we need some courage.

So how do we actually attract that capital in and how do we continue to do it? And the way that we do that is by removing those foreign land tax surcharges, which add an extra bit onto the land tax you've already got, plus the additional foreigner acquirer duty.

As I said, when it was implemented in 2016, there was an intent that would capture individual buyers and stop them from buying apartments and taking apartments away from Australians or Queenslanders.

Now, I'm in such a moral dilemma here, right, because I'm such a hardcore staunch Queenslander and love supporting everything that they do, but I can't lie.
