And he's played for Western Clydesdale's Northern Pride and this year Brisbane Tigers.

But you're asking Ron Massey, New South Wales Cup, Queensland Cup players to compete for 80 minutes against elite NRL players.

And yeah, sure, like not the whole English team is elite NRL players, but they've got enough NRL players in there, you know, playing against kids that are just playing Queensland Cup.

So that's a great shout.

The second half, definitely going to come undone.

And I'm like, oh, that makes sense.

So it's not just like, it wasn't the soft, like obviously the owners saw in the past, but like he is good at what he does.

And I wouldn't be surprised if he's, you know, if he's in the NRL system somewhere, because obviously he's playing at East Brisbane.

They're one of the top tier Q Cup clubs in Queensland.

So would not be surprised if he pops up somewhere.

But on that, did you, just another little, What do we call it? Tangent.

It's looked at it from a different lens when you're a smaller nation.

You know, yeah, you're getting, you might get pasted like you did here, but, you know, you went toe to toe for like 15, 20 minutes and you're playing like a lot of these guys, the young man who got the hat trick plays Queensland Cup.

He's not even, you know, some of these guys, they're playing their idols and getting a chance and, While you might get a pasting, it's these young guys like that, they get their name out there.

There's now a lot more people that know Assam than they did last week.

And I think York is a great example of that.

this bloke now has a training trial I believe with the Broncos and will be coached by Carmichael Hunt at Q Cup, like what an opportunity and now there's literally pages on social media trying to get him signed to an NRL team and he never would have got that opportunity if he hadn't played in that game.

So personally I'm all for it.

Then as for Fiji, I thought they were the most impressive losing side for me by a country mile and for 50 odd minutes, I thought they were going to win this game.
