Star Trek star William Shatner has confirmed that he's working on a heavy metal album set to feature guest appearances by several dozen hard rock and heavy metal musicians, including Brian May from Queen, Rob Halford from Judas Priest, John Moyer from Disturbed, and Dave Lombardo from Slayer.

The 95-year-old Shatner will also take the stage with his newly formed heavy metal band, The Uckers, at Riot Fest on Sunday, September 20th at Chicago's Douglas Park, marking the group's first ever live performance.
