Okay, so making my way through Throne of Glass, I blew through Queen of Shadows.

Yeah, so quickly, if you guys forgot, it took me probably two, three years to finish Airfare.

then i finished queen of shadows in like two seconds it's so good i enjoyed it so much and then i remember we were talking with chloe in two episodes ago and um so christine told me to read assassin's blade after queen of shadows and so now i'm almost done with assassin's blade which is the prequel too did

you read the irene story yet

But we have to point out where a voice speaks to Manon, Manon, however you want to say it, SJM would support me both ways.

She's That voice is old and young and wise when telling Manon to hurry her ass so she doesn't die in Chapter 81 of Queen of Shadows.

And truly, I can make a case for Aneth and the mother, but Aneth being the consort to Helis and the Cassian-Helis parallels, that is killing me where I can't decipher it because, like, she's in—they're both there!

A case could be made for either because one would assume the mother is also wise, you know, so you'd.

all right i want to quickly preface a couple things or i don't even know what the right word is In last week's episode where we did the full book of Air of Fire, we completely forgot about

a couple of things.

the one baddies we open up the book and i actually couldn't straight away it took me like a two paragraphs just to realize whose perspective we were from and so we're in dorian's perspective and he's like he can't remember who he is very well anymore he's like not really remembering his name and he's talking about the beast on the other side of the wall type of thing and that's the vogue demon that's that's possessed his body and he says that what he does realize is that he is being kind of paraded as if nothing's wrong he knows he looks the same but he's not the same and he realized that no one knows that he is now possessed by a demon

I was picturing like you know in the movies where like it's a war movie and like a grenade goes off and it's like after it he's not like affected at all but he's like yeah yeah yeah it's just kind of like that his whole life is that and you're like just fuzzy but like you still know you're fine but like what's going on yeah

it's fucking bro it one thing i want to say about queen of shadows compared to akatar and compared to crescent city as well at least because i finished book one is so i feel like as of right now we haven't had any resolution which is good in my opinion i really like that like the whole book is kind of one sorry the whole series is like one major problem and there's obviously little problems that happen throughout but like each book has finished on sort of happy ending but it's mainly just the happy ending is the fact that people are like accepting growth and stuff whereas on akatar i feel like each book sort of ended and so then the next one had to start with a new problem to face that book agreed where's
