Well, the martini, which I loved, which was, as I say, the dirty martini, which you've mentioned, the Belvedere, Gin Mare, Koji.

I think it was the Koji and the olive brine that really gave it this real umami kick.

And it wasn't like overloaded like you usually get with the olive brine.

It was just beautifully balanced.
