The kids really love that playhouse, huh?

The PWHL season is getting closer and closer.

We have a training camp roster for the Torrent, and the four expansion teams now have their inaugural jerseys.

It's time for some Torrent Talk.

[upbeat music]

You may know Navy Federal Credit Union, but do you know who can join Navy Federal Credit Union? It's probably more people than you think, and it might even include you.

The first expansion last season brought in two new teams, which brought the league to the West Coast.

The names and logos of these teams, which were the Seattle Torrent and the Vancouver Goin's, were announced in early November with their first games in late November.

Um, we also have, uh, Seattle Torrent, so women's professional hockey up here.

Yeah, your basketball team's quite good.

They start things out on the losing end for about one game, where they lose 2-1 to the Toronto Septers.

And then the next Friday night, November 28th, 2025, they're on against the expansion team, the Seattle Torrent.

And they deliver quite a beating, except Climate Pledge Arena only saw them win by three goals, 3-nothing your score over the Torrent.

Okay, so they almost found a way to get more goals, but ended up with three.

And the next night, they were against the Montreal Vectoir.

So it was a kind of, you gotta retrace your steps, get an early reset, and get back at it.

Speaking of Sunday, on January eleventh, try, try, try as they might, the Seattle Torrent, but the Torrent fall six to two to the Minnesota Frost.

And folks, Minnesota is in that win column again, and they'll continue to be in the win column with another OT win.
