Well, the Queensland Children's Hospital has apparently learned nothing from the Dr Gillian Spencer scandal.

For we're at Purple Day last week, the hospital used its social media to promote the idea that children's preferred gender pronouns should be affirmed.

This is the same health service that suspended the whistleblower child psychiatrist Dr Gillian Spencer after she raised concerns about puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and the treatment of gender confused children.

After three years, all disciplinary proceedings against her were dropped.
