Nestle acquired the Bountiful company at about three times trailing 12 months revenue.

However, there's literally zero chance of any large private equity firm paying that same revenue multiple, which would imply an almost $4 billion purchase price for Nature's Bounty, Osteo Biflex, Puritan Pride, and Private Label.

In fact, I'm not sure any sensible private equity firm would be willing to pay more than a billion dollars for this low margin generating collection of Nestle Health Science BMS brands under review.

But just to do the quick napkin math for everyone at an estimated 3.5 EBITDA percentage, it would amount to about $44 million in profit.
