PUP

And I think he was pleasantly surprised or scared, but we still keep in touch and talk.

And it's just, yeah, I mean, I just, I still love, you know, rock criticism and music and writing about bands and making music videos with Pup was kind of my way into being a filmmaker.

Yeah.

What's funny is that I was reading – listening to a podcast from you from 2022 and you were talking about how – someone asked you.

I recommend The Barbara.

Anyway, this is a double shot of one song by two different bands written by The Meat Puppets.

Let's start with the cover first.

[Singing] There was swirling mass of water that lived in a quiet pond.

That's The Magnetic Fields with Washington, D.C. Before that, The Weakerthans, One Great City.

Beautiful song.

And we had a double shot, The Meat Puppets, Whirlpool, and then we started off with Whirlpool covered by They Might Be Giants.

Someone, uh, a couple people have been calling in.

That's it.

Pup.

Pup.

I like the band name Pup also.

Great band.

I know we're just judging by the band name, but great band.

Yeah.

I give you two rows to pick from.

I was going to say I am in agreement with that entirely.

I think that this is so far better than what we've had from him for concept albums.

I would consider this maybe almost a 4.5 personally or a 5.

I say, from my opinion, it can't go past Pup because Pup is the album Morbid Stuff.

Morbid Stuff is an excellent concept album.
