we had the opportunity to buy the pub from Punch Taverns from there I kind of looked more into the beer side of things having local small breweries having more craft beer more stuff that made us kind of unique to a lot of the other places around and we've kind of been doing that ever since won several camera awards and hopefully getting a good reputation for our beer

how many beers do you have on tap it seemed to be quite a number and how do you manage to keep them all good

so originally before kind of craft beer keg beers came into fashion we had 16 real ales on permanently with real ales you have to turn them over if they're sitting there they deteriorate so you have to move them every four days you have to be selling that barrel With the advent of more craft beers and IPAs, et cetera, et cetera, we now have changed to having eight permanent real ales on, all small breweries across the range from light to dark.
