What does make this patient population unique in your eyes?

So PAH and HHD patients, those who suffer from both diseases, unfortunately, have the unique circumstances to have two rare diseases together, which makes them in a very, very small percentage of population of patients.

Both of these diseases are difficult to diagnose, and they have a significant delay in diagnosis from onset of symptoms, and especially for HHD when you've had those symptoms all your life, right? And and so when that when those two diagnoses are made, really, the challenge is making sure that they have multidisciplinary and complex care management established through centers of excellence for both diseases.

And so when you have that when you have that opportunity.

Along with that, what are some of the biggest challenges that you see for patients who have both conditions?

Right.

I think the biggest challenges I know I've come across in patients when they tell me is, you know, early on, right? So when you're still being diagnosed or still working through the symptoms, you know, why do I feel the way I feel? What is going on with me that is causing what I feel? But not only with HHD, but with PAH as well, you know? Sometimes, I'm sure as you can attest, patients with HHT have been living with those symptoms all their life.

But PAH, when it starts to develop, can be pretty aggressive when it comes on.

Uh, on their, on that, on that own, that would be an extraordinary accomplishment.

Going from there to, uh, turning pulmonary arterial ph- uh, hypertension, um, PAH from a death sentence to a manageable disease.

Yes.

And saving your daughter's life in the process.

I bought it from Amazon for around 30 bucks and the company sent me a certificate of analysis saw one of its landmark trials terminated because of back then a single case report of indigo causing pulmonary arterial hypertension and someone that showed clear signs of being allergic to it and that later a survey which is a terrible standard of evidence, especially when it comes to medication and supplementation.
