I'm not sure how familiar everyone is with that, but it's, it's effectively when, when these kind of bigger tenders go out for things like offshore wind, um, there's kind of provisions within, within that as part of the kind of contract, uh, kind of assessment that often kind of mention kind of jobs, for example, and kind of other things around, uh, social value and apprenticeships as part of those.
