I can't understand how, uh, the people still believe that this might be a safe and effica- efficacious, uh, compound or vaccine.

In any case, it is not a vaccine.

So, uh, they have tested, uh, what they could do and, uh, the PREP Act is still efficient or i- in, in effect until December 29.

So this shows that this mafia does not want to give this, uh, wonderful business model out of their hand.

So my question was, how are they getting away with this? And I later realized that, well, guess what? They've legalized all this under the so-called, you know, the legislation in the U.S.

is called PrEP Act.

The U.K. has similar, doesn't have PrEP Act, you know, literally like in the U.S., but it has a synthetic way of reproducing the same effects in law.

And it's all under the category of countermeasures deployed for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear warfare.

So you mean in the UK as well? In the UK as well.

And as I said, in the UK, they implement it through, if anybody's interested, you can search for laws related to countermeasures or medical countermeasures.

And then you will find the relevant laws.

But essentially, then also, you know, the EU and the UK implemented the second half of PrEP Act, which completely absolves manufacturers from any liability, no matter how many people they kill or injure.

This is, this shows you [laughs] this is why people who've been in the, um, vaccine safety awareness and freedom arena have known and knew from the beginning that COVID was a scam because I knew about the Model State Public Health Emergency Act.

I knew about the Patriot Act, the PREP Act, the Smith-Mundt Act, the NDAA of 2012, all these things.

I'm like, "They're clearly setting us up to do something."

And then I have to say, this is really important, too.

And the reason for that is because the approved version does not have immunity from liability.

If you are an emergency use authorized vaccine, you get immunity under the CARES Act and the PREP Act.

but once you're approved you do not have immunity unless you can get recommended as a child vaccine because child vaccines childhood vaccines are all immune from liability even when adults take them so if you're wondering what the drive is to vaccinate our children.

That is one of the primary motivations, to make sure they can get it on the childhood schedule so that it has immunity from liability.

We can come in with a different perspective, you know, coming in a more holistic purview that they're just not thinking about, unfortunately, in the mainstream system.

So I would like to bring the PrEP Act in here.

If a patient is treated with medical countermeasures protected under the PrEP Act, how are patients' rights affected?

Well, we don't have any options.

It completely removes liability from the table.

Unfortunately, when the PrEP Act came down, there's no accountability.

There's no liability for anything that was done during COVID.

So whether that be the vaccines or the ventilator, all of the different countermeasures that were covered under the PrEP Act, unfortunately, there's really no recourse for people, which is unfortunate.

In the United States, there was no approval in an ordinary way.

It was an emergency use authorization, which meant that for the duration of the PREP Act, this compound could be used.

And whenever the PrEP Act would end, then this use authorization would also be terminated.

And it's interesting to see that the PrEP Act will survive until the end of 2029.
