We were able to move Yamcha and Puar to the top three spots-

But it's like 20 named characters over 40 minutes that all have something to do and something to say.

They

all have at least one line of dialogue.

Because, I think, if I remember right, Turtle and Puar is like... lines of dialogue happen in the same like five seconds yeah when they're watching

the tv program i might have forgotten we might have seen the king at some point oh we did yeah we just we also saw suno and aider that's another one we saw the

king the king's watching piccolo announce uh may 13th is piccolo day he's like i'm gonna kill all these people you're going to It's like his face.

And so that's been a lot of my focus, I think.

I sort of was coming of age politically and as a queer person in the U.S. in the early 2000s, paying a lot of attention to what I saw as sort of problematic aspects of LGBTQ politics in the time that focused on marriage and inclusion in the military and all of the stuff that Puar would talk about with homonationalism and all of those things.

So I sort of come to that kind of the question of politics within queer spaces has been, I think, my main focus.

Yeah.

Lots of transformation deception, which we saw in the previous episode when we had our last episode.

We talked about the transformation deception that Puar and Oolong did with each other.

That kind of happens in the story, too.

And also the fetch quest idea of we have to go find this thing to continue our pilgrimage because this obstacle is in our way.

right

I just love Yamcha and Puar's reaction, too.

Because they're just witness to this whole interaction.
