I feel like I've been reporting on you since I started What The Health over five years ago.

It's always been so exciting to see psychedelic therapy and a leader right here in Australia in this space.

by a bloke called Claudio Naranjo.

And I think it was written 1973.

so we have this nut that has these chemical compounds in it a nut that led to the age of discovery Was this a reason as to why the nutmeg was so sought after? Trad believes it was.

Pioneering approaches to psychedelic therapy and it literally says on the pages of the cousin drugs to MDMA that we have MDA an animation product of Saffrol which is in Nutmeg and MMDA which is another drug obtained from the animation of Meristocin also in Nutmeg both of these drugs were used in the very early days of psychotherapy And I find it really interesting that both of these drugs had their origins coming out of nutmeg.
