No, God wills not their sin, but he wishes us to bear with such a loss and with such a humiliation, and he wishes us to conform on all occasions to his divine will.

Good things and evil are from God.

Ecclesiastes 11 All blessings, such as riches and honors, and all misfortunes, such as sickness and persecutions, come from God.

Or, Lord, my friends have left me and I feel so alone.

That is what King David did in Psalm 142.

He said, I pour out my complaint before him.

I declare before him my trouble.

With my voice, I made supplication to God.

We see this in Psalm 142, a psalm of David regarding his experience in the cave of prayer.

Now, imagine this.

David's running for his life.

They backstab us.

They steal from us.

Look at Psalm 142.3. David goes, wherever I go, my enemies have set traps for me.

I look for someone to come and help me, but no one gives me a passing thought.

Forsake not the works of thine own hands.

And now, Psalm 142, Marshal of David, a prayer when he was in the cave.

I cried unto the Lord with my voice.

You get the idea that no one else understands, and you get the idea that no one else cares.

I mean, look at Psalm 142.

Look what David prayed when he was in the cave.
