And so they gave me some, some, uh, anti-nausea medicine, and it just made it worse.

I, but I was so sick, so I'm pretty sure I'm allergic to Phenergan, [laughs] this anti-nausea medicine.

Um, but so, uh, one of the first couple nights I was there, I kept waking up, and I kept looking over to the chair next to me because I knew somebody was there.

And it literally-- I kept waking up, and I'm like, I felt like I knew a man was there.

I, I did get super sick.

I got to a point where I was, like, having to rotate Zofran and Phenergan and was pretty much in bed for a, a while.

It started to clear up around 14 weeks, but I kept using Zofran until 26 weeks and was throwing up until that point, so that was a little on the rough side.

We also moved from Dallas to Houston when I was, uh, just shy of 36 weeks pregnant, so that was a, you know, a big ordeal, but we have all of our family down here in the Houston area, so it just felt like the right choice for our family.

Yeah.

Then I think maybe some promethazine and some punch.

Yeah.

Even some anti-nausea medications like Finnegan can lower your CoQ10 levels drastically.

Now, most people don't take something like Promethazine or Phenergan every single day, but some people do.

And if you do, you have to be aware of this and you have to take the steps that I talk about later.

The blood thinner Coumadin or Warfarin significantly lowers your CoQ10 levels.

And this is one example of where even an over-the-counter medication that you don't need a prescription for can lead to significant ED.

So any of the antihistamines from Benadryl to Dramamine to Phenergan to Cetirizine or Loratadine in some men cause a significant degree of erectile dysfunction.

The next drug class to look out for is acid reflux medication, specifically the H2 blockers.

These are also antihistamines, and so they can, in some men, have the same exact erectile dysfunction effect.
