Even Marx, I don't think, fully recognized some of the stuff that he had.

Last week, I published an article on my Substack about a Navy program called Project Calling Card, which was, I believe, a successor to Project Chatter, which was a precursor to MKUltra using drugs in interrogation, so for a truth drug.

they used largely heroin, which is a crazy thing to think about.

Wait, what? So Project Chatter, there was this guy at the University of Rochester named Richard Wendt.

And he had convinced the Navy in 47 that he has this amazing new wonder drug that people will just say whatever if you put them under it.

And most of the early studies, I believe, were largely just heroin, but then he had other versions of the drug that included cecanol and a cannabis derivative.
