And, yeah, unfortunately, you know, there isn't one radio that does all these modes.

If you're in a club, ask some of the guys what's popular in your area, and that might give you a better idea of what radio you might want to get.

Yeah, I know he's a new ham, and I don't want to get too deep into stuff because I know what it was like when I first started getting into digital voice, but on top of that, You can also install what is known as DV switch server on your All-Star node, which will allow your regular FM analog radio to get on DMR, YSF, and XDN, and P25.

And I think there's also, it's a little convoluted, but there's a way to get M17 to work on all with one radio on your All-Star node.
