very recently when I got given super bad news about Prognosis, it was like, all right, guys, it's time.

We've got to pull our finger out and actually release something.

Yeah.

Well, I was unconscious for three weeks.

The prognosis was hemiplegia during that time where I wasn't moving my left side.

So I guess there's lots of sort of grim circumstances Prognosis is along the journey, but it's amazing what can happen with critical care at places like the Alfred.

And here you are 21 years later, and next month you're going to run the Melbourne Marathon.

Yeah, it's an incredible privilege, Tom.

We are now on chapter five, which is the last chapter in the book called Prognosis and Treatment.

All right, so let's just jump right in.
