Professor Farnsworth

I came in to audition for...

Professor Hubert Farnsworth and Dr. John Effing Zoidberg.

And so I saw the pictures of those two characters and I was sort of ready, you know, to try it.

And at the last minute, they pulled out a picture of Fry, who I had never seen.

Mm-hmm

... is a cut to Capsule Corp, and it's just like a, when Professor Farnsworth fortifies, uh, Planet Express-

Mm-hmm

... it's just, like, plate metal like cheating all over it.

Oh, my God.

I'm going to name him Hubert.

Hubert Farnsworth.

What should this fucking guy's name be? Because I kind of want to take from like American Revolutionary War stuff, right? Like, wouldn't that be, you know, that's part of the inspiration for this.

And so...

Um, and then the Comedy Central ending episode is the one that involves the time button where Fry ends up freezing time for everyone but him and Leela.

And so basically the two of them walk off and have a beautiful life together, but then Professor Farnsworth comes back and says he's been in a parallel dimension and can fix this time button, but if you fix it, then Fry and Leela are gonna forget the life they had, right?

Right.

And...

Back on Nalthis, it's color.

And on Cell, apparently, Professor Farnsworth would be very happy it's penmanship.

Yeah.

I mean, yeah.

You were close.

I needed to be Professor Farnsworth.

Yeah.

It's just a shame.
