Prof. Arnold Ehret's mucusless-diet healing system

He became a student of this small group of Cincinnati practitioners.

He studied the ones, practitioners of the mucusless diet healing system.

He studied the ones who made it, who were successful with this.

And he intentionally sought out the ones who did not continue with the practice of the mucusless diet healing system, even if they had a period where they were serious with it.

He wanted to know why.

He studied both sides, and for more than a decade, this man developed himself before he really started to share the mucus-less diet with the world.

And then along with the intellectual background, what stuck out to me was, you know that this thing is for you.

And the handful of people are going to know that it is for them.

He had tofu that I kept calling chicken, green beans, awesome salad, some incredible cracked wheat bread and I didn't have indigestion and it made me feel so good.

I thought to myself, "I'm gonna try this." Plus he gifted me two books, Fit For Life, volumes one and two, and also the Mucusless Diet Healing System.

And of course I'm just meeting this guy so I'm gonna go read them and man, Fit For Life, number one, changed my whole attitude about eating.

I didn't- girl, I used to be so miserable after I ate.

And there was like such a strong degree.

So I read the book, Rational Fasting and Mucusless Diet Healing System by Arnold Ehret.

I read the Essene Gospel of Peace at that age.

And I did a three-day water fast on the Stanislaus River in California in an attempt to see if I couldn't, you know, basically the Essene Gospel of Peace is a very, very inspiring book.
