The Privy Council Office, that's the Prime Minister's own department, wrote a briefing note about hiring a, quote, social media monitoring service as a pilot project during COVID.

Government staff wrote, and I quote, without social media monitoring, we are missing an important tool.

We moved to, uh, to Toronto, and, uh, Mississauga, and then north of Toronto.

And, and then I, uh, you know, I ended up finishing university and coming to Ottawa to work at the Privy Council Office for my, you know, first job out of school.

Um, and then I, I did 14 years in the federal government, and I moved out west and lived in Alberta for seven years, and now I'm back in the Ottawa area.

So I, I'll put it this way, Matt, uh, I'm a Leaf fan.

Okay.

Well, the Canadian Press asked to see that letter and the Privy Council Office refuses to release it.

It's a, it's a secret letter? So Mark Carney recognized a terrorist state on the strength of a secret letter that he won't let Canadians see.

Now, why, why can't they hold an election? Well, the vice president's letter says, quote, "Conditions worsened." Let me translate into, into plain English.
