Where's his Prism Award nomination?

Right, and speaking of builders...

I saw they won the Prism Award from the Greater Houston Builders Association for Realtor of the Year.

Now, I'm assuming that's not just about selling a lot of homes, but specifically about how they work with new construction, because Northwest Houston is exploding with new builds right now.

Totally.

The Prism Award is a huge indicator of their reputation with the people actually building the houses.

To win that, you have to prove a quantifiable impact on builder sales.

It means they aren't just showing up at the end to collect a commission.

So this was played on MTV, and obviously it had a DVD release, but it wasn't like an actual film.

Um, but yeah, uh, it, it says here, "MTV, 17th of March 2002." Yeah, um, and it apparently, here's a bit of trivia, it won the, the 2003 Prism Award for Television Movie or Mi- Miniseries, and it's an award show that specifically-

... like recognizes art and entertainment that is based on drugs and addiction and mental health.
