Well, I have reviewed internal guidance that really sets out new instructions for ICE officers and how they are to perform vehicle stops, as well as who is allowed to perform them.

We have not received comment from them yet, but this is a significant development at a time when the agency is relying on these vehicle stops to arrest undocumented immigrants in the United States and against the backdrop of the shootings that have happened and that we have covered here.

Now ICE is being very clear as to how these officers are to move forward when they are doing these stops.
