Priory of Sion

He took the work of, like, other Grail occultists and put it into his own fictional bestseller package, obviously.

But when you read The Da Vinci Code or that story, they talk a lot about the pagan influences of the secret order, you know, the Priory of Sion, this fictional secret order that protected, you know, the Grail, which, in fact, spoiler alert, the Holy Grail... was Mary Magdalene's womb, essentially.

That's kind of what the Da Vinci Code states.

And, of course, the idea is this whole concept itself would be anathema to the Roman Catholic Church, right? So there's tie-ins into, like, because this Priory of Sion, they were very much into bacchanalian rituals and whatnot, like sexual orgies and all this sort of stuff.

Even though they kind of clean, they kind of whitewash it by saying that it's, oh, it's There's loving couples involved in those orgies and not just something that, you know, what's inferred to in other darker stories, you know, of what's going on and everything like that.

But they connect mysticism, paganism, and Christianity together.

Matthew Kennedy was connected with Saint Germain's court and wrote a chronological, genealogical and historical dissertation of the royal family of the Stuarts.

In 1613, the Stuart family had married into the St. Raoul and began to play a role in the genealogies of the Priory of Sion.

Frederick of the Palatinate, after he married Elizabeth Stuart, established an occult Rosicrucian state.

It was Frederick who helped start the bloody Thirty Years' War between the Protestants and Catholics.

The Stuarts spread the Scottish rite of Freemasonry throughout Europe.

For a while, the Priory of Sion seems to have backed the Stuarts, but at some point quit.

Saint Germain is revered as a Christ figure by the I Am Movement and the Church Universal Triumphant, and other New Age groups.

a picture that looks similar to Christ, but which is actually a picture of St. Germain hangs in many of the houses of people involved with the I Am movement or its spinoffs.

From there, the story left Corbu's hands and got much stranger, or some would say, embellished.

A Frenchman named Pierre Plantard, who in 1956 had registered an organization called the Priory of Sion, grafted his own invented mythology onto the village.

Working with the author Gérard de Cèdre, whose 1967 book brought Rennes-le-Château to a national audience, Plantard's produced the coated parchments Saunière had supposedly found.

An associate of Plantard later admitted he'd fabricated them himself, and forged genealogies were planted in the National Library in Paris to support the hoax.

Then there was Simon Freeman, an important intelligence officer, and the list goes on of people that are in key places with the Freeman name.

But the most important position of all, which removes all doubt that the family is at the top, is that the late grandmaster of the Priory of Scion was Gaylord Freeman.

What is the Priory of Sion? Are we sure it exists? How does this relate to the hierarchy? The Priory of Sion was unknown to the general public until 1982 when a book co-authored by Michael Bajent, Richard Lee, and Henry Lincoln came out.

The book was entitled Holy Blood, Holy Grail, and it offered historical proof that an organization called the Priory of Sion was powerful and had existed since the time of the early crusades, 199 AD.

But, um, if you look at that whole Da Vinci Code and these bloodlines of the Plantagenets and everything else like that, you'll find the Priory of Sion.

And I do believe this is a real organization, and they use that fleur-de-lis.

I do think the Priory of Sion's a real thing.

So we get this guy, Andrew Michael Ramsey, he was best friends with, uh, with two members.

In fact, I know of no other book which is devoted to exposing the top thirteen Illuminati families.

The Church then officially recognized and incorporated the Temple Knights as a religious military order of warrior monks and soldi- uh, soldier mystics, and Hughes de Payens received the honorary title of Grand Master of the Temple Knights.

Initially headquartered in France, the Temple Knights, who are thought to have found and plundered some of the hidden treasures of the destroyed Second Temple, adopted the Merovingian birthmark, a red cross, as their symbol.

The Templars are credited with having instituted a wealthy and influential international banking system across Europe.

All things considered, the supposed, quote, Protocols of the Elders of Zion, unquote, appears not to be a Judaic work, but a modified work of the Priory of Zion, possibly having been altered for public consumption with the complicity of the Illuminati.
