Prince of Persia

You know, like I've said before with the other ones, it's not, not really anything to add for that.

Um, but the, the biggest one I've, I've picked up is Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, which is I think the latest Prince of Persia game.

Mm.

'Cause I was actually going through some old PS3 games that I've got, like physicals, and deciding which ones to keep and which ones to sell.

And I re- I realized I had...

Do you remember the Prince of Persia game which was just called Prince of Persia and it was like all cel shaded and everything and-

Um, it reminds me a lot of the, um- The game that was released for Prince of Persia, The Lost Crown-

Yes

... reminds me a lot like that.

But this week, I attacked the backlog with a vengeance.

I finished Prince of Persia, the Lost Crown.

uh and i guess the verdict is it's a good game um i know i was playing on the switch 2 and i know that of the versions that were released i the switch version obviously ran the worst um but i was kind of optimistic i was optimistic that the switch 2 would run it better and that i would see like a lot of the and again load times were never really anything to worry or complain about but there were times when I was like oh why it's kind of chuggy right now and all the cut scenes are in 30 frames whereas the gameplay is in 60 which is kind of a weird like it's kind of a weird thing to do right Splatoon did it too all of their cut scenes were in 30 frames and the but the gameplay was at 60 so But anyway, besides that, it was really a solid game.

I can't put my finger on what felt kind of off about it, but the story was intriguing.

And I told you, I feel like there's like a learning curve you gotta get over before you really get into it, and I feel like I got pushed back outside the learning curve again.

But anyway, still hopeful, still optimistic about the balance between The shop and the roguelike runs.

But since I finished Prince of Persia, I'm looking at my bingo card.

In order to make another bingo, the next game I need to finish is Metroid Prime 4

Yeah.

That's very reminiscent of Prince of Persia Lost Crown.

So I'm like, if, you know, Prince of Persia borrows from Metroid and now Metroid borrows from that, like, this is all wonder.

We all win, no matter who borrows from what.

I think Samus' helmet borrows from Hollow Knight.
