Presley Gerber, son of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, died at the age of 27.

So Presley died on Sunday, September 20th at a rehab facility according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner records obtained by People Magazine.

TMZ was the first to report the news.

He appeared to be under the influence when he checked himself in one day before.

Terrible, terrible story.

I was so shocked when I heard this, and I realized that I hadn't heard about Presley Gerber in a while.

And I remember when, like, Kaia was sort of, like, launched on the scene at, like, a young age.

Mm-hmm.

Was it from a different guy?

Yeah.

We turn to other news tonight and to the heartbreaking headline involving the death of model Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber's 27-year-old son.

A hearing is set for next week.

The death of Cindy Crawford's son Presley Gerber is being investigated as a possible overdose.

Police say the 27-year-old was found dead on Sunday at a rehab facility in Santa Monica, where he had just checked in one day earlier.

Investigators say there were no signs of foul play.

Presley Gerber, the son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessperson Randy Gerber, died Sunday at age 27, a family representative said.

Gerber died at a rehabilitation facility, according to online records of the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

The medical examiner did not provide a cause of death Sunday.

I read some of that, yeah.

Well, the question I wanted to ask is this morning now we have the, well, not the final say, but it seems like the final say on two relatively large deaths by actors and people that are high profile deaths.

Presley Gerber, who is the son or was the son of model Cindy Crawford and businessman Randy Gerber, died Sunday at a California rehabilitation facility.

And they're saying now that they identified it as a overdose, that he was in a rehab facility and somehow got a hold of enough people.

And that's what one of these pieces is saying is that these rehab facilities, they don't check enough to see people coming in if they are bringing things into these people that are in the rehab facilities.

So she had four strong barbiturates in her bloodstream when they found her.

And at that apartment building in Greensville, South Carolina, where she had been staying, she was pronounced dead that afternoon.

And the same thing with this Presley Gerber.

He was actually, he had had... you know, substance issues for years and had now been as a in-person patient at this addiction center in California where they found him.
