Premier Girls Fastpitch

I don't know how much you want me to give in the intro here, but I've been doing now softball for... 20 years, 15, 20 years.

What started as a little league dad turned into a little league coach, turned into a travel ball coach, turned into a travel ball director, turned into the Florida PGF director, which has now turned into, you know, running the biggest, most competitive girls fast pitch softball organization in the Southeast United States, which then spawned from my formal education and all of my experience, a program And a company that I call Lead Your Journey, where I help players with mindset performance, recruiting families with parent relationships, helping take that whole unit to the next level, because a lot of people who haven't gone through this process are just in the process.

So we try to prepare them what comes at each stage of the process, what happens while you're in the process.

And then more importantly, what happens when it's over? A lot of what people don't talk about is, you know, the girls that do graduate, a lot of them have non-technical degrees and they're handed a piece of paper and then what's next? And we don't talk about the dip that a lot of...

people take when the sport is over, you know, so we prepare the kids and the families for the whole process, including the ending.

And that's kind of where I'm at now.

I'm currently the Florida PGF state director.

Uh, my daughter, which we talked about at 10 years old, went through the whole process, graduated from college, played division two ball for four years.

Unless they absolutely ha- like, they're, they literally say stuff like, "Yeah, if family's coming to town and they wanna go, we'll go," but, like, other than that, they avoid that shit like the plague.

Remember s- well, season six PGF finals, w- they all had the after party.

Remember that?

Yeah.

We're a very close-knit group.

But we're not at the age yet where we've been to a big PGF event out in Colorado or anything like that.

We're not quite there yet.
