Preet Chandi

The question I'm posing today is what is in a name? And we have the perfect candidate to help us decipher the answer.

This could be a rather chilly conversation as we are here with none other than Preet Chandi, otherwise known as Polar Preet.

Preet is a former British Army officer, four-time Guinness World Record holder and polar adventurer, of course, who's completed three solo expeditions to the South Pole.

And that's just for starters.

I would encourage anyone to do it.

I read a good post the other day by this woman called Polar Preet, who's a polar explorer, and she did a post about learning from things, like learning from failures, learning from things that have gone wrong, or learning from experiences that you've had.

And she said, like, I do learn from these things, but I don't learn from them straight away.

Like, you have to kind of explore it, don't you, and sit with it and have some time and then kind of work out what you've learned from it.
