Prealps

So the actual imprint, um, is hemmed by Lake Iseo in the north.

We have the Prealps to the east, and then we have the Oglio River, which actually also starts in the top.

It sort of like opens this funnel, which flows in the lake, and then the, the water comes out of the lake in Paratico and sort of flows through the Oglio River.

So that is the area that's kind of hemmed by.

It is the warmest part of the appellation.

So usually, if we're thinking of harvest times, this is the earliest harvest area to get harvested, and this is the coolest area.

So the one-- the regions that are up in the Prealps are the coolest.

And as you're coming further southwest, this is the warmest area.
