There's a whole bunch of stuff.

It's this one company named Praxis.

The dude that runs it is...

Dryden, Dryden Brown, if I remember correctly.

And he contributes to a lot of these, quote unquote, freedom cities throughout the world.

There's one in Honduras, Prospera, that Peter Thiel has given money to.

but he's invested in Praxis through another company.

There's a company that gives money to Praxis and Peter Thiel gives money to that company, right? And they fund these independent cities that build themselves as libertarian because all restrictions are down, right? There are no barriers to a lot of things, right? But I think that's like a Trojan horse.

I assume he had crypto investments and he was interested in having them, you know, in making money out of them.

You know, I'm going to tell the listeners, I'm going to describe a section of your article as a bonkers story of a company called Praxis, which a founder has described as a crypto native country that has financial backing from, among others, a Palantir co-founder who wrote a book called The Network State, How to Start a New Country.

And you're right, Praxis seeks to build a digital nation.

Anyone can apply to join.

And they want at some point to build a city in Greenland, of course Greenland, to house it.

They would like to replace it with something different.

Some of them are doing it in more conventional ways.

I mean, Praxis is very unconventional and, you know, probably may in the end not be successful.

You can run finance however you want, and the government just turns a blind eye to it.

There's another one by Dryden Brown called Praxis, and he proposed building a crypto city in Greenland, which could be partly why Trump wants to take it over.

Solano County's California Forever project, that's actually started moving forward, but it's being blocked by local governments.

But that's north of San Francisco and where people like Andreessen and others have invested in dozens or hundreds of acres.

And as part of the entire scheme where Trump wants to take Greenland from Denmark, there are some tech bros, some of them funded biologically.

these same tech billionaires I write about who are proposing building a city there called Praxis.

So we do see people trying to push this idea of new billionaire cities into reality.

In fact, there's a heavily funded lobbying effort in Washington.

Where does the money actually go?

Pronomo's portfolio currently includes Prospera in Honduras, Itana in Nigeria, Praxis, and several other small projects.

Prospera is the one to understand first, though, because it's the most mature.

It operates inside a Honduran legal framework that allows semi-autonomous economic zones.

Their own materials talk about revitalizing what they call Western Civilization.
