Let us note that praxeology does not assume that a person's choice of values or goals is wise or proper, or that he has chosen the technically correct method of reaching them.

All that praxeology asserts is that an individual actor adopts goals and beliefs, whether erroneously or correct, that he can arrive at them by the employment of certain means." Praxeology, again, in short, praxeology is the assertion that an aspect of human ac- behavior or what it means to be human is that a person has values, goals, and therefore a value system, and a means by which he seeks to achieve them.

Or, the state as we know it today didn't come about through voluntary decisions by people, but through coercion and force, and it's also kept alive by coercion and force, not by voluntarism.

Praxeological thinking in the field of economics thus allows us to formulate true statements, statements whose truth is independent of experience.

With praxeological thinking, one can see the truth of economic theories without having to, as I already said, test them first.
